We are an established and growing company (since 1984) that designs and produces custom acrylic, glass, and crystal awards for organizations across the country. Our products help companies recognize and celebrate employee achievements.

We are seeking a Production Graphic Designer who enjoys clean layouts, strong typography, and preparing artwork that will become a finished product. In this role, your designs move directly into production as engraved and color-printed awards.

You will create layouts and proofs for custom awards produced in acrylic, glass, and crystal. Orders range from small runs to large production quantities, making organization, accuracy, and attention to detail essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design clean layouts for engraved crystal, acrylic, and glass awards
  • Prepare full-color artwork for UV/color printing on acrylic and glass
  • Integrate logos, images, and typography into balanced layouts
  • Generate and organize customer proofs for approval
  • Prepare final production files for engraving and printing
  • Manage multiple orders and layout variations efficiently
  • Communicate with customers when clarification is needed
  • Develop mockups and layout concepts for potential orders
  • Maintain organized files and project tracking
  • Training will be provided on materials, equipment, and internal production workflow.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of production graphic design experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience preparing artwork for print or physical production
  • Strong typography and layout skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills when working with customers
  • Must work in-office at our company location
  • Experience in print shops, signage, promotional products, engraving, packaging, or awards production is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate

This role is best suited for someone who:

  • Enjoys production-focused design work
  • Takes pride in precise layouts and clean execution
  • Thrives in structured workflows and deadlines
  • Is dependable with strong follow-through
  • Works well independently while supporting a team
