Integrated Dermatology of Reston is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our thriving, high-volume dermatology practice in Northern Virginia. Due to rapid growth and a robust, established patient panel, we have an urgent need for a provider who can step in quickly and deliver exceptional care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PA with 2+ years of dermatology experience who is comfortable managing a busy schedule and providing a mix of medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic services.

About the Practice

Integrated Dermatology of Reston is a well-established, multi-provider dermatology group offering comprehensive care across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Our team includes board-certified dermatologists and experienced providers, creating a collaborative and clinically rich environment with strong support and mentorship.

Job Description

Ability to manage a high-volume patient panel independently
* Experience with biopsies, excisions, and general dermatology
* Cosmetic experience preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $125,000–$225,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, schedule, patient volume, procedures performed, and other job-related factors. The compensation plan includes uncapped productivity incentives, providing the opportunity for earnings above the stated range.
