• Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and screenings of clients to identify their mental health needs and formulate personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Develop tailored treatment strategies that align with each client’s unique goals, incorporating various therapeutic modalities appropriate to their conditions.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment using evidence-based practices to address various mental health disorders.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care and holistic support for clients.
• Educate clients’ families about mental health issues, fostering their involvement in the recovery process to ensure a supportive home environment.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential case records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, demonstrating accountability for your practice.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as PTSD and behavioral disorders. Your approach will be informed not only by clinical assessments but also by the cultural backgrounds, personal histories, and specific needs of your clients, ensuring a personalized experience for each individual.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of two years' of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based methods for treating a variety of mental health conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and counseling skills, with an ability to establish rapport and motivate clients effectively.
• Capable of working independently while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Preferred candidates will have specialized training in trauma-informed care, experience with children and adolescents, and familiarity with remote therapy platforms. Demonstrated success in a behavioral health setting is a plus, particularly navigating the challenges and complexities of remote therapy.
