Physical Therapy Technician - Love your job at last!
Are you ready to do work that matters for a company that values you? Are you looking for a culture that has you pinching yourself every day because you love making a difference? At Back to You Rehab, we believe work should be fun, contributions should be recognized, and your happiness translates directly into better experiences for our patients.
How About You?
Are you confident, reliable, and resourceful? Do you have high energy, a great work ethic, and EXCEPTIONAL organization and communication skills? Can you care for our patients as if they were family?
Essential Requirements:
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Loads of common sense and problem-solving abilities
  • Talent for building relationships and encouraging patients
  • Warmth, empathy, and superior listening skills
  • Punctuality and a "Whatever It Takes" attitude

The Role: Physical Therapy Technician Superstar
We are a nationally recognized, cutting-edge Physical & Occupational Therapy office looking for an "A-Player" to join our family. This is a part-time, long-term position supporting our team as we treat difficult diagnoses and help patients become "Fully Functional." Based on performance, this role can rapidly grow to include more hours, responsibilities, and higher pay.
Core Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Ambassador: You are often the first point of contact. Being warm, friendly, and empathetic is a non-negotiable, non-teachable skill vital to our patients' healing journey.
  2. Organizational Ace: You must maintain systems, files, and records, manage busy phone lines, and process emails while keeping the environment clutter-free.
  3. Professional Communicator: You will respond to patients professionally in person and on the phone, and edit professional documents with tact and good judgment.
  4. Resourceful Ally: Anticipate the needs of patients and staff. We pride ourselves on being the clinicians who actually listen; we expect our staff to do the same.

Are We a Good Fit?
We value candidates with experience in medical settings, hospitality, or high-level customer service. Leadership or team sports experience is a plus, as it demonstrates a commitment to playing your role and pitching in wherever needed. A Positive Mental Attitude is a vital requirement for our mission.
What's In It For YOU?
Working with our award-winning team is a unique education. You will be getting paid to learn about the root causes of illness, cutting-edge testing, and therapies unavailable elsewhere in Michigan. Unlike typical medical offices, you will be an integral part of the healing process and experience patient victories as your own.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay: We pay at least 10% above the industry average.
  • Environment: A workplace 300% better than the standard clinic.
  • Growth: Regular reviews with potential for raises and bonuses.
  • Benefits: IRA with matching, paid holidays, and vacation.
