Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We're looking for a Telesolutions Advisor to join our growing team!
Please note: this is a temporary 3-month contract.


What you will do with us:
  • Build strong relationships with customers to quickly connect them with licensed agents.
  • Contact current and prospective customers to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs with a licensed agent-either now or at a later time.
  • Promote our products and services while serving as a proud brand ambassador.
  • Actively participate in your team's projects.

What you will bring:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt your approach to customers' needs and profiles to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the company's products, services, or policies.
  • Bilingual (French and English) - requires making calls and providing service to English-speaking clients on a regular basis.
  • Team spirit.
  • Dynamic and energetic.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but you must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
