Salary range (but not limited to):

94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.


About the role

Nous sommes a la recherche d'un Expert en sinistres, en Pertes Majeures , Commercial pour rejoindre notre equipe en pleine expansion. Ce poste couvre l'ensemble du Quebec, incluant des deplacements dans toute la province, et s'effectue entierement en teletravail, sans aucune exigence de presence au bureau.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Etre a l'ecoute du client, expliquer clairement le parcours qu'entreprendra la reclamation, repondre a ses questions et livrer un service simplifie qui depassera ses attentes.
  • Analyser les garanties d'assurance du client et lui expliquer clairement quelles sont ses protections en lien avec la reclamation presentee.
  • Recueillir les versions des faits sur les circonstances du sinistre aupres des assures, des tierces parties et d'autres intervenants afin de determiner les circonstances, les causes et la recevabilite des sinistres.
  • Evaluer la responsabilite potentielle de l'assure et de tierce partie en appuyant son raisonnement sur des elements d'enquete pertinents.
  • Anticiper les recouvrements et diriger l'enquete en consequence.
  • Collaborer activement avec les divers services connexes de l'indemnisation et de la souscription, de meme qu'avec les specialistes externes.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec le client pour l'informer des avancements.
  • Bien annoter et documenter son dossier en respectant les normes et directives de l'entreprise.
  • Assurer une saine gestion des frais et des couts externes.
  • Participer activement aux catastrophes et debordements d'appels, s'il y a lieu.
  • Se tenir au courant des produits d'assurance, de meme que des techniques et services d'enquete.

Ce que vous mettrez a profit :

  • Diplome PAA (un atout)
  • Certificat d'expert en sinistres
  • 5 ans d'experience en expertise de sinistres commercial sur la route
  • Etre a l'aise a travailler en milieu informatise
  • Bilingue (francais et anglais) Necessite d'interagir sur une base reguliere avec une clientele anglophone et des collegues partout au pays
