Role Summary
Intac Solution is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer/Technician to support our field technical services, supply chain management, and business administrations. As a leading semiconductor equipment solution provider, this role will deliver highly advanced semiconductor tools and technical solutions for our manufacturing customers in the U.S. The ideal candidate will utilize engineering knowledge to analyze operational data, troubleshoot equipment, and perform high-quality maintenance within the customer’s semiconductor manufacturing fab.

Key Responsibilities
- Field Service amp; Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for the onsite field service, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of highly advanced semiconductor equipment utilizing professional electronics knowledge and specialized tools.
- Data Analysis amp; Optimization: Analyze operational data from equipment installed in the customer's manufacturing fab to drive troubleshooting initiatives, maximize tool efficiency, and achieve structural optimization.
- Technical Documentation amp; Training: Interpret complex maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to apply in daily technical support. Provide structured technical training to customers' engineering staff for proper tool operation.
- Customer Service amp; Reporting: Proactively analyze customer feedback and service requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare various technical support performance metrics and progress status reports for management.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred. Alternatively, 3 years of direct experience in the offered position will be considered.
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as a field service engineer or technician. Prior work experience within the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
- Work Eligibility: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
