Welcome to Farmers Insurance - Guettler Insurance Agency! We are one of the top 1% of Farmers agencies nationally, with our beautiful Portland, Oregon office located on the Willamette River. We are growing and looking for experienced sales producers to be part of our future. First year producers are expected to earn a minimum of $55,000 with top producers earning over $125,000 per year. There is no cap in earning potential. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced career-minded sales professional who is looking for a position with a proven, well-established agency. We believe in removing the obstacles to success by providing tomorrow’s million-dollar producers with the leads, tools, and opportunities to make the most out of their business development skills. As part of the Farmers family of insurance, you will receive training and coaching as well as vetted leads. We focus on small business commercial lines as well as personal lines for home, auto, life, and financial services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and a PC license. We offer a strong base (no draw), a long-term career path, commissions, bonuses, as well as possible health benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
