Job description

I am seeking a passionate, self-driven salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people's lives, meeting their needs and building long-term relationships. No experience required but you will need to obtain your insurance licenses ASAP if NOT licensed. As a licensed insurance representative, you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Salary range is based on Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus. The goal is to build a book of insurance clients.

Responsibilities
  • Working with individuals to obtain insurance policies (homeowners, auto, commercial, life ect.)
  • Servicing insurance policies as needed
  • Answering phone calls as needed
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients
  • Taking and maintaining notes
  • Learning about the industry as much as possible

Requirements
  • Property and casualty insurance license (NOT required at time of hire, but will be required before starting the position)
  • Life and health insurance license (NOT required at time of hire, but will need to obtain ASAP)
  • For licensing, we will assist where needed to get both licenses ASAP
