Your Role

As an Agent in Training, you will collaborate with individuals, families, and businesses to provide insurance solutions that help protect what matters most. Your work will focus on building positive client relationships and growing a fulfilling career in insurance sales.

  • Network and connect with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and seek referrals

  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and suggest options tailored to them

  • Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance options

  • Guide clients from initial conversation through the completion of their policies

  • Provide excellent customer service, stay in contact with clients, and conduct policy reviews

  • Pursue individual and agency sales objectives while advancing your professional skills

  • Stay knowledgeable on Farmers Insurance products, licensing, and industry trends

  • Use CRM software to organize leads, communications, and follow-ups
