Responsibilities

Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage needs and identify gaps in their protection.

Prepare and present tailored insurance quotes that offer meaningful value to the policyholder.

Manage the entire policy lifecycle from the initial application to renewals and annual reviews.

Resolve client inquiries promptly by providing clear, accurate, and helpful information.

Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure seamless service delivery.

Collaborate with the broader team to continuously improve our sales process and client outreach strategies.


Requirements

Current Connecticut Property & Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.

Strong command of agency management systems and carrier platforms.

Excellent attention to detail when reviewing policy documents and quotes.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face client interactions.

Deep knowledge of local market insurance trends in Connecticut.
