Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Associate with Allstate, you'll be the face of our brand both in the Corporate Store location and in your community - welcoming customers, building relationships, and helping families protect what matters most.
This is a brand-new opportunity within Allstate's sales approach, giving you the chance to help pave the way forward. You'll work in a local market with significant untapped potential, creating connections, growing your customer base, and making a direct impact on our success.
You will utilize your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Lines license or obtain your license with Allstate's licensing assistance and reimbursement of licensing exam and fees upon approval.

What You'll Do

Engage Customers & Community

  • Welcome walk-in customers with personalized, friendly service

  • Generate leads through outbound calls and participation in local events

  • Build referral networks with existing customers and community organizations

Deliver Tailored Protection

  • Assess customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions

  • Identify gaps in coverage and offer additional products to protect customers fully

  • Offer a wide range of industry-leading products including but not limited to:

    • Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Personal Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycle, Boat, ATV, Life, and Roadside Assistance.

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $21.15/hr

  • Target Total Compensation: $54,840 - $82,260 per year (Base Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives). Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at Allstate's discretion.

  • Active Personal Lines or General P&C license (preferred, not required)

  • 1+ year of sales or customer service with a sales focus preferred; insurance sales experience helpful but not required

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

  • Passion for relationship-building, networking, and community engagement

  • Openness to coaching and feedback

  • Availability Monday-Friday
