As an independent Insurance Sales Representative you’ll have the flexibility to shop multiple carriers, strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and grow your book of business without being limited to one company’s products or rates.

On top of a competitive base salary, we offer a generous commission structure that rewards both new business production and existing account renewals. Our compensation model is designed to support long-term growth, allowing producers to build recurring income while continuing to expand their book of business.


First Year producers make on average $60,000 with base and commission.

Top Producers can make more than $100,000 within a couple years.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing personal and commercial insurance clients
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
  • Quote and present insurance solutions from multiple carriers based on client needs and budgets
  • Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage and reduce coverage gaps
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products including auto, home, umbrella, and commercial policies
  • Manage policy renewals and retention efforts to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client questions, policy changes, and claims assistance requests
Requirements
  • Illinois Property Casualty Insurance License preferred
  • Comfortable prospecting, networking, and generating new business opportunities
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of business
  • Proficiency with agency management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
