Farmers Insurance - Northwest team is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving agency growth by engaging with prospective customers, identifying their unique insurance needs, and recommending tailored solutions that align with Farmers product offerings. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families protect what matters most through comprehensive insurance coverage.

Daily responsibilities include, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and responding promptly to inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, following up on warm leads, conducting policy reviews, and meeting or exceeding established sales goals. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate conversations with confidence and professionalism.


The Insurance Sales Producer will also collaborate closely with agency leadership to support marketing initiatives, contribute to team objectives, and uphold Farmers commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction. Ongoing participation in training programs is expected to ensure a thorough and up‑to‑date understanding of Farmers insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance standards. Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and community engagement

Requirements
  • Active or ability to obtain Property Casualty and Life Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers)
