Familiarity with CRM software, insurance management platforms, and office productivity tools is typically required. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask remotely are standout soft skills. These competencies ensure efficient client support, accurate documentation, and smooth workflow management in a virtual insurance environment.
