Inpatient Psychiatry opportunity in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group seeks a full-time Adult Psychiatrist to join our expanding regional behavioral health team at Saint Marys Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Join a collaborative and dynamic regional psychiatry team providing adult psychiatric services for our 12-bed inpatient unit. We are fully staffed with occupational and group therapists, social workers who support individual therapy and case management, and a dedicated insurance utilization review team. You will also have regular medical and surgical support for any non-psychiatric issues, including routine H&P.

This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and a 1:4 weekend call rotation, plus opportunities to earn additional income through extra weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will be a CT-licensed, BC/BE Psychiatrist. Experience is preferred, but recent graduates with an interest in inpatient psychiatric care will also be considered. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
