This confidential opportunity is designed for an experienced consultant who can help organizations modernize HR through strategy, technology, automation, analytics, and responsible artificial intelligence.

You will lead complex HR transformation engagements, advise executive stakeholders, develop new client relationships, and design practical solutions that improve HR operations and the employee experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead HR transformation engagements from strategy and solution design through implementation.
  • Advise clients on HR strategy, operating models, process redesign, employee experience, technology, and organizational adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools across the employee lifecycle.
  • Design solutions that combine HR strategy, technology, data, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Lead executive-level discussions about improving HR effectiveness, workforce outcomes, and business performance.
  • Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts with mid-sized and large organizations.
  • Prepare proposals, define project scope, estimate fees, negotiate terms, and support contract execution.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and financial performance.
  • Ensure engagements are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
  • Mentor junior consultants in modern HR practices, analytics, consulting delivery, and AI adoption.
  • Develop thought leadership, consulting methodologies, client tools, and go-to-market materials.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field.
  • At least eight years of external consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects for mid-sized or large organizations.
  • At least 10 years of program management experience supporting large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, talent, rewards, performance, and learning.
  • Strong expertise in at least three of the following:
    • AI enablement
    • HR strategy
    • HR technology
    • Organizational effectiveness
    • HR operating models
    • Process redesign
    • Employee experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or comparable systems.
  • Experience with recruiting, payroll, learning, performance, and talent-management technologies.

  • Strong business-development, proposal-writing, financial-scoping, and executive-presentation skills.

Compensation

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $91,000–$100,000.

The compensation range is intentionally broad because the final offer will be based on the candidate's experience, education, technical expertise, consulting background, location, and overall alignment with the position.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss their expected compensation during the initial screening process.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in either the Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. office.
