They may develop, implement, or manage software and systems that streamline insurance processes, such as claims processing, underwriting, and customer service. Insurance Techs work with data analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital platforms to improve efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. Their role is increasingly important as the insurance sector adopts more digital tools to stay competitive.
