*This is a newly created role in a new market for a store that is not yet operational. As such, responsibilities and expectations may evolve as the store operations are established. Flexibility, adaptability, and a pioneering mindset are essential for success in this position.*Alpine Home Medical, a family-oriented, award-winning provider of Durable Medical Equipment, is seeking a motivated, strategic, and customer-focused professional to serve as both Store Manager and Respiratory Sales Lead. This hybrid leadership role blends operational excellence with dynamic sales outreach, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.Position Overview:This dual-role position primarily focuses on driving territory-based respiratory equipment sales, with additional responsibilities for overseeing the daily operations of an Alpine Home Medical retail location once established. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating orders through referral relationships and achieving sustained referral-based growth.
