  • Ensure proper and timely greeting of customers
  • Willingness to work with customers and management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of minor watch repairs
  • Completion of sales paperwork; warrantees and guarantees
  • Proper use and security of the till
  • Cleaning showcases, checking inventory
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
