Duties of the Appliance Sales Associate:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the sales process
  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting Appliance products that best meet their needs
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up
  • Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
