Family Medicine Physician

Compensation: $220k - $275k / year Job Type: Full-time Location: Wichita, KS Relocation assistance available

We are seeking a mission-driven Family Medicine Physician to join a premier, integrated care team. This role is based within a highly regarded Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where you will deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care in a collaborative environment alongside behavioral health providers, nurses, and dedicated care coordinators.

The practice philosophy focuses on whole-person, evidence-based care, specifically designed to offer a sustainable work-life balance without the pressures of excessive on-call duties. Supported by a robust clinical team and modern in-house resources, you will be empowered to make a measurable impact on the lives of individuals and families within a diverse and appreciative community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Collaborate with behavioral health and nursing teams in an integrated care model
