The position is highly clerical and requires great attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism. The Assistant will be visible as the main contact to the entire Legal and Risk Management Department within Premier Health Partners. Duties will include greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, answering telephones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel, typing and copying documents, data entry, filing information in claim files and taking directions from the aforementioned individuals.   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of medical and legal terminology preferred
  • Maintains confidentiality in all work activities
