This position requires a proactive leader who can collaborate across departments and state lines to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach facility teams in proper injury documentation, corrective actions, and OSHA reporting requirements.
  • Partner with legal counsel and insurance carriers on litigated cases to ensure effective case management and resolution.
  • Track and ensure transportation compliance with company vehicle usage, DMV record monitoring, and insurance coverage requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, workers’ compensation, or risk management in a healthcare or multi-site organization, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation laws, and vehicle compliance standards across multiple states.
  • Experience supporting litigated workers’ comp or labor cases in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Ability to conduct facility audits and prepare professional reports and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable providing training and guidance to field leaders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support facilities and/or to complete program audit in multiple states.
