Job description

**Candidates must reside in and perform all work from within the United States. Applicants located outside the U.S. will not be considered at this time.**

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under direct supervision, this Hybrid Processor position will be responsible for timely and accurate data entry of processing insurance documentation that satisfy loan requirements. You will be trained on a variety of insurance documents for different lines of business and expected to process transactions as necessary across those lines. Duties can include providing superior customer service to customers and insurance agents while supporting the call center. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to assist customers and agents with obtaining appropriate insurance documentation. The ideal candidate will educate the caller as to what documentation is needed to satisfy the customer's loan agreement. Additionally, you will accurately complete loan transactions, as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.

  • Analyze and process insurance documents to loan records ensuring the documents areappropriateand policy coverages are sufficient.

  • Provide proficient andaccuratedata entry of insurance documentationin accordance withpolicies and procedures.

  • Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule which outlines job responsibilities and daily processing goals.

  • Process transactions across multiple work queues daily

  • Activelyparticipatein all training sessions, team meetings, departmentmeetingsand One-on-one meetings.

  • Provide quality customer service andassistanceto customers witha timelyresolution.

  • Educate customers as to why insurance documents arerequiredfor their loan.

  • Process loan transactions with high quality and productivity during call wrap-up.

  • Attends industry related continuing education training and courses.

  • Other responsibilities as directed.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • High attention to detail isrequired

  • Skills testing may berequired

  • At least one-year Call Center experience

  • Experience working with community bank bond / D&O / property and casualty insurance programs is preferred

  • Above-average telephone techniques and the ability to communicate effectivelywith prospective and existing clients, as well as other staff members

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability and willingness toutilizecompany'scomputer system and software

  • Ability to understand policyforms and coverage descriptions

  • Organizational skillsrequired

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Extended viewing of multiple screens for seven or more hours per day.

SCHEDULE

**Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7am - 7pm Eastern Time. During training, work hours will be 8am-5pm Eastern Time. Upon completion of training, you will be asked to work a rotating late shift which ends at 7pm Eastern Time. **

Compensation:

The starting pay range for this position is $16.00-$16.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be impacted by the successful candidate's skills, experience, and working location. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. The pay range listed above is provided in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, including those in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington. Pay ranges are reviewed and updated periodically to reflect market conditions.
