Commercial Lines Insurance |Placement Specialist |Marketing Representative

Syracuse, NY Areas

Salary: $67,000-87,500




Key Relationships: Risk Consultants, Commercial Marketing Associates, Commercial Marketing Technicians, Commercial Client Specialists, Agency Clients, Insurance Carriers             

 


Job Duties

Client Account Management:

o   Handle renewal marketing, comparisons, proposals, and binding on a timely basis for a book of business of commercial accounts.

o   Conduct new business marketing identifying competitive companies with quality coverage options.

o   Maintain strong working relationships with underwriters at multiple highly rated insurance carriers.

o   Be a point of contact and resource for Risk Consultants and Client Specialists for any marketing or coverage needs.

·        Supporting the Marketing Team:

o   Be proactive in bringing forward suggestions for changes in procedure, process or planning to improve the client experience.

o   Provide desk coverage for other Marketing Reps.

o   Perform other duties and assist with various projects to support the department.

·        Workflow Management:

o   Manage the ELANY filings process.

Basic Qualifications
