What is insurance property inspection?

Insurance property inspection is the process where an inspector evaluates a property to assess its condition, safety, and potential risks for insurance purposes. This inspection helps insurance companies determine the level of risk associated with insuring a property and influences the coverage terms and premiums. Inspectors review aspects such as the building’s structure, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, and any potential hazards.
