Description
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for property improvement and project execution? CRMG is looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a variety of impactful projects that directly enhance the value, safety, and appeal of our multifamily and commercial properties.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing small-scale projects for multifamily and commercial properties managed by CRMG, inspecting and offering recommendations on properties being acquired, and leading the restoration and mitigation process for the properties.

Homebase: Tigard Corporate Office (11740 SW 68th Parkway, Tigard, OR 97223)
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000
Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40hrs
Additional Compensation: A monthly $75.00 cell phone stipend, gas card, and company vehicle.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager
  • Oversee every step in the organizing, scheduling, and follow up after completion of unit renovations.
  • Propose, develop, and manage project plans for small scale projects (ranging from $5,000 - $30,000), budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define project goals and objectives and track progress towards their completion.
  • Get ahold of vendors to acquire bids and manage assigned personnel.
  • Monitor project performance and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage Portfolio Manager and owner expectations on timelines.
  • Communicate project status and updates to Portfolio Manager
  • Facilitate meetings with Portfolio Managers and vendors as necessary.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Requirements
What you will bring as the Project Manager
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or Real Estate.
  • Five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Five (5) years of multifamily and/or commercial maintenance experience.
  • Subject matter expert in the City of Portland and Oregon state building codes.
  • Excellent computer skills with intermediate-level proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, plan accordingly, and multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience and ability to make sound judgements.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and create contingency plans.
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide spectrum of people to build relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Proficient in project management methods and techniques.
  • Possess reliable transportation, current and valid driver's licenses, proof of insurance and a clean driving record.
