Position Overview

Veracity Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, procurement, field operations, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate is an organized, results-driven leader with strong electrical construction knowledge and a passion for developing teams and delivering successful projects.

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will:

  • Manage projects from award through closeout.Maintain project budgets, forecasts, WIP reports, and cost tracking.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, manpower forecasts, and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate procurement, submittals, and material deliveries.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor labor productivity and support field leadership.
  • Collaborate with foremen to resolve project challenges and maintain quality standards.
  • Enforce project safety plans and company safety policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support the development of field leaders and team members

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial electrical industry.3+ years of project management experience in construction or electrical contracting.
  • Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, manpower, and project costs.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical plans.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Electrical field experience or Journeyman Electrician background.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, NetSuite, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
