We are currently seeking an Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman at the Patuxent River, MD supporting PMA-268.
Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Provides detailed meeting support (coordination, preparation, minutes and close out).
• Action Item tracking from initiation to closeout, coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Manages IPT Lead(s) calendars and meetings workloads.
• Demonstrates superior organizational skills by coordinating, facilitating, and scheduling meetings across a large and complex program portfolio.
• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project cost, schedule, and performance objectives in a timely manner Engages with IPT's to coordinate and lead cross-functional team activities.
• A self-starter who can assist with running budget and financial reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Experience with Program Management Tool (PMT) and Acquisition Document support
• (Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Procurement
• Initiation Documents (PIDs))
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong ability to coordinate, facilitate and schedule program level meetings.
Desired Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong and Efficient critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Required Education: BA/BS degree.
Allowable Substitution:
Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
OR
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Required Experience: A Journeyman level person within a labor category has Three (3) to Ten (10) years of experience.
Must hold or maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
