What You'll Do

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Disability Insurance platform product team. In this role, you’ll define product strategy and vision, create roadmaps, drive discovery and innovation, and deliver outcomes. You'll partner across the organization with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic direction.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Product Strategy: Define and drive strategy as part of our Disability Insurance platform product family, aligned to business, product, and enterprise goals
  • Discovery and Insights: Guide discovery efforts by using experimentation and analytics to gain insights and prioritize key areas
  • Product Delivery: Own product roadmap and deliver measurable value through effective agile execution, managing dependencies and frequent releases
  • Measure & Optimize: Track product performance, ensure data-driven decisions, and evolve the product strategy to meet changing needs and goals
  • Engage & Communicate: Keep team members informed and aligned. Represent product direction, results, and strategy across teams and leadership
  • Product Leadership: Collaborate with peer product managers, share best practices, and help shape a strong product management culture

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, military experience, or education
  • 1+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and make confident decisions in a product-driven environment
  • Experienced in managing multiple priorities, leading and influencing cross-functional teams, and navigating stakeholder relationships
  • Skilled at integrating diverse perspectives and using customer, user, and partner insights to drive informed decisions

Skills That Will Help You Stand Out

  • Experience in the financial services/insurance industries
  • Ability to influence without authority and lead transformation initiatives

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$89300 - $104500 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
