The Coordinator, Insurance Products will provide essential support for the ongoing maintenance of BCAA's insurance product portfolio, as well as supporting the development of product solutions aimed at contributing to the growth and performance of BCAA's insurance product portfolio. These encompass assisting in the creation, ongoing redesign, and improvement of product features and processes to efficiently address customer needs and support BCAA's overall purpose, mission and beliefs.

  • Support the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of BCAA's insurance product portfolio.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of insurance products, product features, and supporting processes that help drive customer value and business performance.
  • Contribute to the insurance product lifecycle by supporting research, business case development, prioritization, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain product manuals and documentation, ensuring insurance product information remains accurate, up to date, and aligned with business needs.
  • Research insurance industry trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and inform recommendations.
  • Analyze market intelligence and customer insights to support decision-making and ongoing product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support customer-focused insurance solutions that are easy to understand, purchase, and use.
  • Support initiatives that promote product knowledge, compliance, profitability, and customer outcomes across BCAA's insurance distribution channels.

The salary range for this position is $56,605.68to $70,757.04and is determined viajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
