  • Weekly Performance Bonus
  • Weekdays only!
  • Full and part time spots available!
  • Shifts begin around 5am, end time varies, ranging anywhere from 12pm-6pm depening on the the shift. Schedules provided in advance!
  • Must be available weekday mornings into the afternoon during the months of July through November.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for organization, teamwork, and delivering exceptional experiences? Join our team as a Shift Lead and play a key role in making Picture Day a success across Southern California. You'll guide a team of photographers, ensure everything runs smoothly, and help schools and students create lasting memories.

What You'll Do

As a Shift Lead, you'll:

  • Own the Day: Lead your team and ensure everyone stays on schedule, meets deadlines, and takes rest breaks.
  • Customer Service: Every Picture Day is unique, take the lead in providing excellent service to school faculty, students and Photograrphers!
  • Keep Things Moving: Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure the Picture Day schedule runs on time and meets client expectations.
  • Coach and Support: Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and hands-on assistance to photographers, ensuring your team is equipped for success. Be prepared to fill in for Photographers on the fly!
  • Handle the Logistics: Safely drive company vehicles to transport equipment, and ensure the mobile studio is set up and ready to go for each event.
  • Daily Wrap Up: Complete detailed job reports and attend daily wrap up meetings with Management.
