The Latoya Jones-Mcdonald Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative with the goal to start your own an agency in 6-12 months.

If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment and building rapport with others, this is the role for you. No prior experience in insurance? No problem! This is the perfect opportunity to transfer your experience to break into a new industry. Youll have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and learn from an incredibly successful team. Youll benefit from additional avenues for growth and advancement. Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
