Regional Nurse Consultant - Skilled Nursing Facilities
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to support and oversee clinical operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to facility nursing teams.
  • Support compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
  • Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with staff training, education, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with administrators and directors of nursing to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN license (active and in good standing).
