Job Overview

Acuiti Labs, as an SAP Silver Partner and an SAP BRIM company, is delivering business technology solutions & digital transformation deploying SAP BRIM (Billing) on S/4HANA and cloud-based applications such as Subscription Billing, CPQ & Entitlement Management. The role involves building workflows and configurations to collect finance specific data using Kafka, File/FTP, REST, Database methods, and using data formats like Avro. You will design, develop and maintain mediation solutions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support mediation-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain mediation solutions using Mediation Zone / Convergent Mediation / Digital Route.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and process orchestration.
  • Utilise strong Java development skills to enhance and optimise mediation functionalities.
  • Implement and manage data archiving solutions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Engage in process orchestration and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for mediation‑related issues.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Mediation Zone, Convergent Mediation, and Digital Route.
  • Experience with process orchestration and ESB tools.
  • Proficiency in data archiving techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications is a plus, but not mandatory.
