REMOTE in these locations: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming


What You'll Do

  • Take inbound calls from interested Medicare beneficiaries
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans
  • Guide clients through enrollment via CRM and telephonic platforms
  • Achieve personal sales goals with uncapped commission potential
  • Maintain compliance with CMS regulations and training standards

Job Details

  • Pay: $20.00/hour + commission
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (some weekend availability may help boost sales)
  • Training: Paid, virtual, at $20/hour
  • Leads Provided: Yes - All inbound

Requirements

  • Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License (required)
  • 2026 AHIP preferred
  • Experience with Medicare products is a plus, but not required
  • Strong verbal communication and computer navigation skills
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently from home
  • Tech-savvy and organized (familiarity with CRMs, VOIP, etc.)
