Job description

High Expectations. High Accountability. High Rewards.

Are you looking for a career that can change your financial future?

At G. Bradley Allstate Insurance Agency, we aren't looking for someone who simply wants a job—we're looking for someone who wants to build a career.

If you're competitive, coachable, assertive, and driven to succeed, we'll provide the training, coaching, technology, marketing, and opportunities to help you build a six-figure income.

This isn't an easy sales job. It's an opportunity for someone who's willing to outwork the competition and be rewarded for it.

Your income is determined by your results—not your tenure. Top performers earn over $100,000 annually through uncapped commissions.

Many agencies expect producers to create every opportunity themselves.

We believe in investing in our people.

Our agency spends thousands of dollars each month generating inbound opportunities through marketing, referrals, advertising, and our established reputation in the community. While you'll be expected to make outbound calls and proactively create new opportunities, you won't be doing it alone. We invest heavily in making our phones ring because we believe your time should be spent selling—not searching for your next opportunity.

You'll also work in a modern sales environment that leverages AI, technology, structured coaching, and data-driven performance management to help you continually improve your skills and results.

We're more than an insurance agency—we're a team committed to protecting families, serving our community, and helping our employees build meaningful careers.

If you're looking for an opportunity where your effort directly impacts your income, your growth is intentional, and your success is celebrated, we'd love to talk with you.

If you're ready to bet on yourself, apply today.
