Job description

Fredrickson Agency, LLC is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing local agency. This is an in office position for someone who enjoys sales, helping people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

Our agency offers commercial, home, auto, life, and umbrella insurance. The right candidate will be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with new prospects, organized with follow up, and motivated to grow in a professional insurance career.

An insurance license is preferred, but not required for the right person. We may assist a strong candidate with obtaining the proper license.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, follow up, and agency opportunities.
  • Quote and sell home, auto, commercial, life, umbrella, and related insurance products.
  • Identify client needs, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects, close sales, ask for referrals, and help build a strong sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate notes, client records, sales activity, and required documentation in the agency system.


Requirements
  • Insurance experience preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license is preferred. (Licensing Assistance Available)
  • Strong sales ability with a professional and confident communication style.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow in the insurance industry.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and following up consistently.
  • Organized, dependable, coachable, ethical, and goal oriented.
