About the Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Consultant to join our energetic team in Anaheim. In this role, you'll build new client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and play an active part in our supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, and converting leads into new policies
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Sell and cross-sell Farmers insurance products, such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
  • Nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service and regular policy reviews
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals to help drive agency success
  • Stay current on industry products and maintain compliance
  • Use CRM tools to accurately manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
  • Collaborate in team meetings and planning sessions

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales
  • Eagerness to learn and embrace coaching
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Active California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
