ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Wiley Insurance Agency is looking for an Insurance Growth Advisor to help expand our client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role blends consultative sales with ongoing account engagement in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions for auto, home, and umbrella policies. In addition, you will support retention efforts by staying in touch with clients and ensuring their coverage continues to meet their needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with new prospects and guide them through the quoting and onboarding process
Recommend personal insurance solutions based on customer needs and risk profile
Follow up consistently to close pending opportunities and re-engage prospects
Maintain relationships with existing clients to support retention and referrals
Assist with policy updates, coverage questions, and account servicing needs
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional coverage
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Property & Casualty license required
Sales or customer-facing experience required
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable balancing sales activity with service responsibilities
Self-driven with strong follow-through and organization
Ability to work in a fast-moving, team-based environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Base salary $34,000$50,000 depending on experience
Commission on new business
