Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Stan Tebow Allstate Agency and its insurance offerings.

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance products and services.

Identify potential customer needs and determine if they are a good fit for our agency.

Schedule qualified leads for appointments with our licensed agents.

Maintain accurate records of call activity and prospect information in our CRM system.

Consistently meet or exceed call volume and lead generation targets.

Handle initial customer inquiries with a friendly and informative demeanor.


Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.

Ability to understand and articulate insurance product benefits clearly.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
