Administrative Assistant: Seeking motivated, professional and bilingual (English and Spanish) administrative and sales assistant. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assisting Sales Director and Operations Director in preparing quotations in Spanish and English, assisting with international accounts, providing excellent customer service, and attending sales meetings. Provide clerical and administrative support to a dynamic and result driven sales team.

Keep record of sales, expenses and sales proposal for prospective customers Develop and maintain client relations Requirements: Ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, professional phone and e mail etiquette and the ability to work independently as well as on a team environment. Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in sales or office administration Advanced web-browsing skills Long term and stable position with room to grow into other departments.
