Spanish & English speaking is required for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Process customer policy change requests.

Requirements
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Must have a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and solid computer skills.
  • Successful sales background.
  • Minimum 1 year prior insurance sales experience preferred.
