Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing policyholder questions and concerns with professionalism, patience, and clear communication.

Educate clients on their insurance policies, coverage options, and billing details to ensure understanding and confidence.

Accurately process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt, courteous, and professional responses.

Assist licensed agents with administrative support and client follow-up as needed.

Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented office environment.


Requirements

Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written (required).

Proven customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

A customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and helping others.

Comfortable using office technology, including CRM systems and standard business software.
