Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve personal and agency production goals
- Drive performance across personal and commercial insurance lines
- Build and maintain strong client and referral partner relationships
- Monitor and hit key agency performance metrics
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve results
- Ensure compliance with agency, carrier, and state requirements
Requirements- An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required
- Prior sales experience, leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaker preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a team-first mindset
