Job description

Description:

AMRG Exteriors is hiring an experienced Insurance Field Inspector / Estimator to manage and deploy our full TPA (Third Party Administrator) and MRP (Managed Repair Program) field cycle. This role is Mondayโ€“Friday with flexibility based on claim volume and carrier SLA requirements. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required during peak storm season.

This person will be reporting to the Director of Estimating Operations.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

โ€ข Manage the full claim lifecycle on all MRP assignments โ€” referral through signed Certificate of Completion and final invoice

โ€ข Manage SLAs across all active carrier programs; notate and escalate delays immediately

โ€ข Conduct detailed on-site inspections including photo documentation

โ€ข Contact the adjuster same day to request their estimate and coordinate co-inspections

โ€ข Build Xactimate and Cotality (Symbility) estimates with F9 notes and carrier-specific language; review TPA-prepared estimates before sale documents are submitted

โ€ข Sell the job within program guidelines and manage the homeowner relationship from first contact through completion

โ€ข Maintain claim notes across all TPA platforms and AccuLynx; submit completion packages within program SLA windows

โ€ข Follow all program rules and compliance standards across active carrier relationships


Qualifications

โ€ข Former field adjuster, independent adjuster, or deep TPA/MRP program experience is a hard requirement; candidates without one or more will not be considered. 2+ years of experience

โ€ข Demonstrated ability to convert inspections to signed contracts and manage homeowner objections under pressure

โ€ข Proficient in Xactimate โ€” build and edit independently, write F9 notes, apply local price lists

โ€ข Familiarity with Xactanalysis and Cotality (Symbility)

โ€ข Have written insurance estimating experience in exterior renovation: roofing required; with siding, windows, or gutters a plus

โ€ข Strong written documentation โ€” claim notes and estimate language will be reviewed by TPAs, carriers, and adjusters

โ€ข Comfortable managing 20โ€“50+ active TPA files across multiple programs simultaneously

โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license and ability to safely access and inspect residential roofs

โ€ข AccuLynx experience preferred

โ€ข Minnesota building code familiarity (IRC/IBC) as applied to exterior restoration a plus
