What You'll Do as a Human Resources Generalist:
  • Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding while maintaining accurate recruitment and employee records
  • Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
  • Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee development programs, and training coordination
  • Maintain HRIS records, process personnel changes, and prepare HR reports and metrics
