Duties

  • Actively reach out to potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable coverage options, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and guiding clients through the claims process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and client engagement across diverse markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse communities effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis capabilities to assess client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Familiarity with sales administration processes and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills while managing multiple client interactions professionally.
  • Knowledge of insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and marketing strategies is preferred.
