  • Were looking for a Property & Casualty Sales Producer who knows how to hunt new business, nurture leads like a pro and turn prospects into loyal clients.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive Pay: Start base salary $3,000/month, plus commission pay and bonuses on top.
  • Schedule: In-office; Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm (Weekends and major holidays off)

  • Ensure all prospects and clients have an amazing experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve ambitious sales goals.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
  • No insurance experience needed. Weve got you covered with all the training youll need to thrive.
  • Confidence, charisma, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Networking
  • Active P&C License or willing to obtain license
