Job description

As a Sales Development Representative, your main focus will be prospecting and engaging potential clients by making outbound calls to leads. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, understand their needs, and schedule high-quality appointments for our licensed sales producers. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, confidence on the phone, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.

Engage and qualify prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to licensed sales producers.


Follow call scripts and adjust conversations based on customer responses.


Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude on every call.


Accurately document lead interactions and appointment details.


Meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals.


Contribute to a fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.



Requirements
